1. Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date, with these conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (just like when they left our sample closet)
- All original tags and packaging must be included (think of it like keeping the tags on your limited-edition clear heels)
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required (we need to verify those stylish purchases)
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on body jewelry (including anklets and bracelets) or any pierced earrings. These items are final sale to ensure the health and safety of all our fashion-forward customers.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
