We offer two ways to get your 90s-inspired fashion to your doorstep:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days after dispatch
International Customers:
We ship worldwide (except some Asian and remote regions). Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations – these are the buyer’s responsibility.

We want you to love your Trendy Soles purchases as much as we loved curating them! If those block heels aren’t quite your height or the bag charm doesn’t match your aesthetic, here’s how to make it right:
Our Policy
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included (keep those tags on like they’re limited-edition clear heels!)
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Body jewelry (including anklets and bracelets)
- Any pierced earrings
These items are final sale to ensure the health and safety of all our fashion-forward customers.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days
- Package your items securely in the original packaging (protect those ballerinas like they’re vintage treasures)
- Ship your return to our address using a trackable method (we recommend the same carrier used for delivery)
- Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item once we receive the return
